Account Rules & Regulations

• You must be at least 18 years old to register — no exceptions.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time.
• Your account password and login credentials are for your personal use only — sharing them with anyone else is not permitted.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Baazigameis mandatory for every member. It is required for security and legal compliance.

What you'll need to complete KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport (front and back).
• A recent selfie showing your face clearly.
• Proof of address may be requested in certain cases.

KYC verification is generally completed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals will not be available until verification is complete, though deposits and betting can continue. KYC information is fully confidential and is never shared with third parties.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

BaazigameAll financial transactions at are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum deposit starts from ৳500. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments received from someone else's number may be delayed or rejected.
• Baazigame does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review.

Betting Rules & Settlement

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — all bets are final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Baazigame reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is completely cancelled, the stake will be refunded. If the result is determined by the DLS method, the bet will be settled based on that result.
• Bets placed before the scheduled start time remain valid if a match is delayed, but will be voided if the delay exceeds 48 hours.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting or multi-accounting — placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baazigame's general terms applicable to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• The welcome bonus is available once per person — creating a new account to claim it a second time is not permitted.
• The specific wagering requirements and validity period for each bonus are clearly stated on the offer page.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinating bets to abuse bonuses will result in all bonuses and winnings being voided.
• Bets used to meet wagering requirements generally need to be placed at minimum odds of 1.40.
• Baazigame reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
